YURI's Story...
"Hallo. My name is Yuri. I am first Russian Boston in group. I am special boy and learning English. Have much love to give." You'll have to forgive Yuri's English; he's our little "Russian" boy! Yuri came to us after being in a Humane Society that had his broken leg fixed back to just like new and asked us to help find him a forever family.

This worldy and cultured boy is pure bred that weighs 25lbs. He is black and white in color and is approximately 5 years old. He is up to date on vaccines, neutered, heartworm negative and his only health issue is dry eye syndrome in his right eye which requires daily drops. Yuri a big-time couch potato. He loves to be beside his human. He doesn't play with the other dogs but gets along with them. He is a cuddler and likes to stay warm under the covers at night with his foster Mama. Yuri knows basic commands and shows no food aggression.

If you are interested in a diverse baby, please call his foster Mama Dottie at 229-859-2936. His adoption fee is $275.00. If you would like to adopt Yuri, please visit bostonrescueofsc.org and fill out an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

YURI, a North Augusta Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier for sale in North Augusta, or seeking a Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in North Augusta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Augusta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Augusta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Augusta paves the way for another one to be saved.
