Bobo's Story...
Bobo is a very sweet, calm, loving and lovable, 1-year-old, 45-pound, male, American Bulldog mix that is looking for a loving guardian. Bobo gets along well with other friendly dogs and he loves people! He knows the commands sit, rolls over for belly rubs and takes treats very gently from your fingers.

Bobo is healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, de-wormed and heartworm-tested. If you are interested in fostering or adopting this needy boy, please contact Melia at melia88@comcast.net. His adoption fee of $200 benefits rescue dogs. He is currently living in a foster home in Chicagoland and would love to have a forever home to call his own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bobo, a Chicago American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Chicago, or seeking a American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
