Rucker's Story...
Available Soon

Rucker is a male German Shepherd puppy who is about 8 months old. He is a very happy puppy and loves people. He is good with other dogs, not caring a bit when corrected, and thinks everything is lots of fun.

Rucker is all puppy, but he is a good puppy! He definitely needs training, but he is already learning, and he is going to be a good student. Rucker needs a GSD puppy experienced home to be the best guy he can be.

Rucker is a very hard rough and tumble player with other dogs. He is well-meaning, he just doesn't know most dogs don't appreciate his type of play. He has moderate energy, but he plays all day long with foster siblings.

Rucker is sleeping quietly during the night on his bed. He is potty trained and knows how to potty on command.

Rucker is a very friendly dog with all people and dogs. He could live with cats if he were supervised and the cats are dog tolerant.

Rucker is a level 2 dog in the east bay.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rucker, a Fresno German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Fresno, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Fresno.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fresno already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fresno breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fresno paves the way for another one to be saved.
