Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Chance, a young boxer mix about 1 - 2 years old. Chance is an amazing dog! He is full of life and energy. He wants to run and play and just basically run, run, run. He would fit best with a family that has a large fenced in yard, and plenty of room to move around inside as well. He loves to cuddle. He does get anxious if he is inside for too long. He can't go off the leash unless he is in a enclosed area. He has made a few escapes and because he is fast he is hard to catch. He needs a family with maybe someone that works from home, or has plenty of time for him. He still has a little work to do but he is so smart I have no doubt he will get there. He knows basic commands, such as sit, shake, wait, down, etc. When you say night night he knows its bed time. He loves his house. That is what we call his kennel. It is not used as a disciplinary tool -- we use this as his little domain that he can go to if we need to leave or at night mostly for bed. He knows what it means when you say his house. He is not afraid of it and we put lots of bedding in there for him. He loves people and children. I think he would work well with a family with children and lots of time. He needs to stay busy and someone committed to working with him, giving him structure and exercise. Chance is microchipped and fixed and utd on shots. His adoption fee is $200. Please email us at info@forrescue.net if you are interested in adopting this sweet boy!
