Cali's Story...
Cali is an adorable 6 month old female terrier/beagle mix who weighs about 15 pounds. She was found abandoned on a construction site where a worker would share his lunch with her. Now she is in a foster home and awaiting her new permanent home.

Cali is current on her vaccinations, is heartworm negative, and on heartworm preventative. She loves other dogs and people and sticks like glue to her humans, even kids. She loves to cuddle and eat treats. She has not been around cats.

Cali will be spayed on Nov. 2 and then she is ready to go to her new home. (AE)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cali, a Windham Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle for sale in Windham, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle dog from a breeder in Windham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Windham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Windham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Windham paves the way for another one to be saved.
