Andrew's Story...

Andrew is a gorgeous 7 year old boy who has had a difficult life so far.

He was abandoned at the vet's office because he had an upper respiratory condition that the owners couldn't pay for, so they just... walked away and left him!

Andrew has an amputated tail, and no one knows how that happened - he might have been born with it. But that doesn't detract from his handsomeness!

Andrew is now living in a foster home with several other cats, and he seems to get along well with them, but he likes people best.

He is so sweet and loving and really yearning for affection. He would make a wonderful companion for someone who is home most of the time,so he would get the love and affection he deserves.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Andrew, a Redondo Beach Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Redondo Beach, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Redondo Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Redondo Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Redondo Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Redondo Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
