Dorthy's Story...
Dorthy is a beautiful black and white kitten. She is about 3 months old and was pulled from a downey shelter with her buddies who happen to be brothers Parcheesi and Scrabble. She is located with me (her foster) until adopted. She will also be fixed before going home with the adopter so you don't have to do it yourself. She will be in Huntington Beach every Saturday/Sunday from 11-4pm. the cross streets are Brookhurst and Hamilton at the Pet Supply. Just follow the signs! If interested let me know so i can get her fixed asap. she is also UTD on shots, has been dewormed, and is current on flea treatments. She really is a sweet heart and loves to play with her kitty toys. Come and meet her!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dorthy, a Garden Grove Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Garden Grove, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Garden Grove.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Garden Grove already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Garden Grove breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Garden Grove paves the way for another one to be saved.
