Hi there! My name is Peanut and I’m a 2 year old neutered male ‘tweenie’ Dachshund. I am busy searching for a new home to live in forever. I can be a little bit shy with meeting new people but once I get to know you, I will spend all day cuddled up to you. I just love going for long walks and being outside. I have a bit of weakness in one of my rear legs but I manage really well though and will sometimes run on 3 legs.

I love to sleep at night on a comfy pillow with my blanket. I love other dogs and cats but my prey instinct is pretty high for small animals (I am working on that with my foster mom). I was a little bit thin, but I just love food and will soon be at a good weight. I’m up to date on vaccines and have been micro chipped. So, what do you think? Could we meet to see if I might be the companion you’ve been looking for?
