Leonardo and Michelangelo's Story...
This is Leonardo and Michelangelo. These boys are full of spunk and play just like their sisters. They are a hoot to watch as they create their own entertainment. Leonardo and Michelangelo really love to investigate, play with toys, wrestle with their sisters, and fool around with our golden retriever. The boys are currently in foster care and share the home with other cats and dogs. It’s that time of the year again where the sniffles and sneezes are affecting everyone. Leonardo and Michelangelo will sneeze every-so-often but are not sick. Their adoption fee is greatly reduced to ensure they find a home too even though they get the sniffles like most babies can! If you are interested in Leonardo and/or Michelangelo or any of the other foster care kitties please contact the shelter for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leonardo and Michelangelo, a Barron Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Barron, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Barron.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Barron already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Barron breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Barron paves the way for another one to be saved.
