Indy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Indy's Story...
Indy is a 1 1/2 yr old purebred English Pointer. Sadly she was surrendered by her owners who could no longer care for her. She is super sweet and cuddly and is very responsive to people. Her ideal home would be an active person or family who loves the outdoors. She has completed her first obedience class. She goes to doggie daycare and plays with all kinds of dogs. In the house she can be possessive of her toys with some dogs. She is probably too interested in cats to live with one. She would do best with children 12+. She is housebroken, crate trained, spayed, and up to date on all her vaccines. Please email us at baystatedogs@yahoo.com to find out more about Indy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Indy, a Grafton Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer for sale in Grafton, or seeking a Pointer dog from a breeder in Grafton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grafton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grafton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer breeders who help with Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grafton paves the way for another one to be saved.
