My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Bella, and my foster parents say I’m a sweetheart because I love kisses and cuddles. I had a rough start in life as a stray. I lived on someone’s property for 1 ½ years but they didn’t want me or look after me.Bella is currently in a foster home with three dogs and two cats and she gets along with everyone. She’s a beautiful 3-year-old, 60 lb Shepherd X. She walks well on leash and has good recall off leash. She is house trained and trustworthy when left home alone all day! Did we mention she loves to snuggle and give big sloppy kisses?!! Bella is quite happy relaxing with the family, enjoying relaxing, cuddling with all her canine friends .Bella's has become a comfortable and confident dog and is quite happy meeting new people and dogs. Bella has been with Pound Rescue for just over a year now she’s ready to settle down with a family of her own.If you would like to give this sweet girl the lifelong home that she deserves, please visit http://www.poundrescue.com/adoptions/adoption-process to learn about our adoption process & fees, or to fill out an online application. My foster family gives me lots of attention, always telling me how beautiful I am, but I still have some fears from my past. I’m quite shy and fearful of new people and animals, but every day my foster family says I’m making remarkable progress. I love running and playing in the back yard with my canine friends and they are teaching me how to play with toys, something I have never had before. I’m really looking forward to finding a home that will show me as much
love as I have to give them!
