My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My previous owner moved and simply left me outside to fend for myself. I was so confused--I sat at the back door and waited and waited for someone to come home. A concerned neighbor started feeding me and called the AWLMC when they witnessed some teenagers harassing me. Despite all this, I am an exceptionally friendly, loving, and playful guy. I am very self-confident, will let you know what I like and what I don't like, and am very open to playing with other cats. Though some may think I play a little rough... I'm just a big rough-and-tumble kinda guy. I am very intelligent and I like to be taught tricks, like climbing into a cat carrier all by myself. I love sleeping very close to my humans at night, and if you listen closely, I might be very quietly purring. At night I don't make noise like some cats do. I am so easy to care for... just give me a bowl of kibble and some water, and I'm all set for the day. I don't care about any fancy feast, that's for sure. I'm looking forward to finding a forever home soon. I was born in 2007.
