There is a winsomeness about Philora that is endearing and very touching. She is on the smaller side of medium, and her expression is intelligent, kind and brave. Philora is a very respectful dog - she is not one to clamor to the front of her kennel, but rather she sits and regards her visitors with a somewhat sad, somewhat hopeful face. Her eye contact is full, soft and open. She would bond profoundly with her adopter(s).
