Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello, I'm Boo. But don't be superstitious because I'm black - I'm not scary at all. In fact, I'm super sweet and lovable. I like being with people and I gently head-butt you to give kisses. I'm a Manx so I have no tail - I'm of the Rumpy Riser variety, meaning I only have a tiny bit of poof that sticks up where my tail should be. I wiggle it sometimes when I'm happy. I have the typical Manx build with longer back legs and a muscular body. I'm very smart and use a doggie door in the window to get onto the screened porch to watch birds. I can't go outside because I am declawed in all four feet. I was rescued from a place in Arkansas where I was in a bad situation with too many animals and not enough love. I can be jumpy to loud noises but I love other dogs, cats and people. My past experiences haven't seemed to hurt me much - I just really like to eat and snuggle. I like sleeping with you and don't move all night - unless you are game to play "mouse under the covers", then I'll attack your feet until you are tired of it. If you would love to have an unusual kitty with lots of personality, I would love to have a special home. Contact amy.west@mac.com directly. Boo's adoption fee is $100 and includes all off his wellness care including neutering, vaccinations, (he is FeLV and FIV negative, and vet check up.
