My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sydney is a precious little maltese who was dumped out in the country and left to fend for herself. It is so hard to believe that someone would do that to such a sweet dog or to any dog for that matter. We have promised Sydney that we will find her a wonderful, loving family where she will be adored and taken care of for the rest of her life. Sydney is incredibly sweet, a little timid and most definitely a lap dog. She only weighs 8 lbs, and is very low-key – quiet and perfectly content to sit with you on the couch. She is crate-trained and housebroken and prefers short walks to do her business, then right back in the house. She enjoys other dogs and gets along great with cats. She is very gentle and will do fine with children. Sydney would do best in a home with low to medium activity level as she is a relatively calm dog. She is very friendly but a grand central station atmosphere would probably be stressful to her. If you have the love in your heart and the right kind of environment for Sydney we would love for you to come meet her.
