YOGI. Good Cook Wanted. This beautiful neutered male miniature chocolate brown/tan long-haired dachshund, is underweight and needs some good cookin' added into his dog food. Other than needing to bulk up a bit, Yogi (short for Yogi Bear) is a happy healthy 6 month old puppy.. He's being surrendered due to a family relocation. Yogi gets on well with other dogs and older kids (over 12 please). He is sweet and loving. He will need a bit of puppy training, but he is a smart little guy and will learn quickly. Puppy and dachsie savvy would be great. Could be placed with spayed female dachshund. This is a super dog and you'll want to get your application in right away. Please read our criteria closely.=====The adoption fee is $295, no exceptions. The fees include spay/neuter, rabies, dhpp, bordetella, pyrantel, advantage treatment, grooming including nails, as well as complete exam at our doxie vet. Each dog comes with all new doxie halter, new toys and blankets. All in all, an investment greater than the adoption fee. Please go to www.odr-inc.org. We have very strict adoption guidelines because we require an escape proof fenced yard and someone who is home most of the day. Kids over 10 are ok, but no cats less they've been raised with them, or other small prey animals (these are hunters).
