Mountain Cur Pups's Story...
Born under a desserted house to an abandoned mom there are 3 of these babies born about Oct 17 -20 2011. The photos you see are only some of them from the day we removed them from the horrible conditions they were living in. Cur's are terrific dogs! Don't turn away because they are brindle or you do not know what they are!! Cur's are brave and intellegent, protective of their people and home they do need socialization - but then so does every other breed of dog!!! Sweet loving and loyal to a fault here are your new best friends!!! Pups will finish all vetting before they can leave TN Two boys and one girl...the little girl is the lighter brindle.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mountain Cur Pups, a Naugatuck Mountain Cur puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mountain Cur for sale in Naugatuck, or seeking a Mountain Cur puppy from a breeder in Naugatuck.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naugatuck already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naugatuck breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mountain Cur breeders who help with Mountain Cur rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naugatuck paves the way for another one to be saved.
