*Laila - PENDING's Story...
Affectionate, attentive and playful in the nicest way - - Laila was born to be someone's best friend! She was picked up as a stray in rural Arkansas so we don't have any history, but while she's been at the shelter she has been charming all the volunteers with her gentleness and soulfulness. We're guessing that Laila is about 11 weeks old, and we think she'll be a medium sized adult when fully grown. She is on the easy-going side, so we know she'll adjust to any new home that needs a new friend! If you have room in your heart for this gentle soul, please visit www.pinkshelter.com for more information about the adoption process or click here for our online application. Full vetting AND spay included in her $300 adoption fee. Laila is still in Arkansas and transport fee is an additional $140. IF YOU HAVE AOL or YAHOO PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FILE FOR OUR RESPONSE.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

*Laila - PENDING, a Westport Boxer/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Westport, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Westport.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Westport already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Westport breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Westport paves the way for another one to be saved.
