My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Rusty".....  Golden Retriever 11 years old. This boy may be 11 but he acts like he's 6.  If you love the mature Goldens this one is for you !  This guy is a love and he has such a warm, sweet, gentle disposition,  He is very much a dog who wants to be right with you.  Rusty is housebroken, rides well in the car and has lovely manners.  He does need some work on leash walking but should easily catch on. He's playful but also a lover. His former owner was moving and did not want him anymore so he needs to find someone to love (and boy he will just adore you).  Rusty has been to the vet and has a few bumps but he has said to leave them alone. He is such a handsome boy and those eyes will kill you !  Rusty is in a foster home now doing very well and they say that he is a wonderful boy.  He gets along with other dogs and all people.  He barks at cats but is OK and is learning that perhaps he needs to stop that. Older dogs (we are ALL going to age) make wonderful companions and this fella is one of the best....
