Wednesday's Story...
My name is Wednesday. I'm a neutered male, FIV and FELV neg. I'm up to date on shots. Like my sister Monday, I'm pretty shy as well except when I'm with the adult cats in foster care at this house. Both my sister and I love to play with the adult cats. We are very bonded to one another so would need to be together. As my sister Monday pointed out, if there was a friendly cat adult in the household, we would be very happy as we're not so shy when we have adult cats around us as we'll follow them. I was born in August of 2010. I'm also a tabby with spots.
Please note: All cats and kittens require an on-line adoption application be completed and sent BEFORE consideration for adoption can take place. On-line applications at www.billericacatcarecoalition.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wednesday, a N. Billerica Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in N. Billerica, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in N. Billerica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in N. Billerica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a N. Billerica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in N. Billerica paves the way for another one to be saved.
