My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet sweet Penelope, one of two sisters left on the side of a rural West Virginia highway with their bed and a bag of food. What are some people thinking??!! Juliet is also here at Cedar Farm and is available for adoption. The girls are certainly bonded and they love to wrestle and play with each other, but they should be just fine if separated. They are 9 months old and Penelope weighs 11 lbs. She is very cuddly and loves to roll over for belly rubs. She is quiet in her crate and is crate-trained and housebroken. Penelope and Juliet are wonderful with our cats and should be fine with children and/or other dogs. They walk very well on leash and are mindful and obedient. They are both spayed, current on vaccines, heartworm negative, on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks, and microchipped.
