Sabrina's Story...
Sabrina is a wonderful dog that has been loved her entire life. Unfortunatley her owner must go into an assisted living facility and she will not get to go. She has all her vet work kept up to date and is great health. Sabrina went to a home and came home after 5 days because she wouldn't eat. It is obvious that this dog has been loved and loves her owner. IF you have the patience to work with Sabrina and give her time, more than 5 days, please let us know . contact rjdick@bellsouth.net. and or "tritobin@charter.net"
Sabrina may be fine with kids and cats , she has just t not been around them.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sabrina, a Lincolnton Golden Retriever/Chesapeake Bay Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Chesapeake Bay Retriever for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Chesapeake Bay Retriever dog from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Chesapeake Bay Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Chesapeake Bay Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
