Trouble is a fancy little Meyer's Parrot. He does not live up to the name his previous owners called him; he is in fact the opposite! He loves to sit on your shoulder and LOVES neck scratches; he will actually lean into them and turn his head just where he wants you to scratch. He is also very playful in his cage and loves to whistle throughout the day like a song bird. Please read up on these adorable birds to see if he will fit into your life style!
