Sugar Plum's Story...
I am a sweet, loving, tiny, beautiful snowshoe kitty. Even though I was born on 11/15/09, you'd think I was a 5 month old kitten, because I'm so petite! I'm really pretty, with crystal blue eyes and a gorgeous snowshoe coat! RCAF helped my family spay me when I was a baby. They decided to move and could no longer keep me (plus the kids were kinda being mean to me), so RCAF told me they wanted me and now I'm available for adoption. I'm really good with other kitties, kids and dogs. Please consider giving me a FOREVER home where I can feel safe and secure! dob 11/15/09 I am spayed, current on vaccinations and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Email: rcafcats@yahoo.com for more information and adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sugar Plum, a Cleveland Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Cleveland, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Cleveland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cleveland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cleveland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cleveland paves the way for another one to be saved.
