Eddie's Story...
California - Cloverdale
Eddie is a very sweet and gentle soul who ended up in a shelter as a stray. Time passed quickly for this gentle boy and soon we began receiving urgent pleas to take him into rescue, as his owner did not come for him and his time was up at the shelter. Eddie is doing wonderfully in his foster home and is enjoying the nice warm bed and the other dogs. He has also made friends with the resident cat too. Eddie is looking for a home where he can spend his golden years, enjoying life, and being treated kindly and with respect. Eddie has a very sweet and gentle nature and is a loyal and wonderful companion.

Please contact Eva if you would like to provide Eddie with a forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eddie, a Elk Grove Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Elk Grove, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Elk Grove.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Elk Grove already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Elk Grove breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Elk Grove paves the way for another one to be saved.
