Oreo is the sweetest kitty you would ever meet. She was so starved when she was rescued, that she braved eating out of some dog's food bowls in a neighborhood and the dogs were not too friendly!!!

She loves to cuddle and is quite the vocal little girl. Her nickname is Tinker Bell because she has the funniest little walk. This is such a little lady...she doesn't meet a stranger. She has the prettiest green eyes you will ever see.

She is around a year old and completely vetted. She does have food allergies so her new family would have to be willing to keep her on a special diet. When she was initially found, the sides of her face were so bad from her scratching due to the allergies. Now there are just a couple spots without a little bit of hair but with this cutie's personality, you would never notice it. If you are interested in adopting this sweetie, please email:

Animals have been combo tested, given age-appropriate vaccinations, treated for worms, and have been spayed or neutered. Kittens too young to have been altered will be placed with a certificate for the spay/neuter (rabies will be extra).

Our adoption fees start at $85.00.  The first step in the application process is to complete an application. Once the application has been approved, you will be required to complete a contract to finalize the adoption. The contract stipulates that you must keep the cat/kitten indoors and may not declaw.

Please join C.A.T.S. representatives on Saturdays at the Hixson PetSmart on Route 153 from 12-5. We always bring a variety of cats and kittens for adoption. With each adoption, we offer a free 3.5-lb of kitten or 4-lb. bag of Hill's Science Diet cat food and a small sample bag of Iams' cat or kitten food, and a book of coupons. If available, each adoption will also come with a pillow, toy, or some other cat accessory.

If you would like to complete an application beforehand, please send an e-mail request to Betty at  We look forward to helping you find a permanent, furry addition to your family!
