Chance's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Chance's Story...
This sensitive, affectionate guy really wants to please. He's had some basic training and his manners are good, and although friendly he will protect his human. Until recently he lived quietly in an apartment as the companion to an elderly man, but lost his home when his owner died.

Chance gets on well with other dogs that don't try too hard to dominate him, and enjoys running around at the dog park. He loves to play fetch, and will stick close to you if taken for walks off-leash. He likes polite older children, and ignores cats.

Chance is fostered in Poulsbo, WA. Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, Chance will come to you sterilized, up-to-date on shots, microchipped and treated for internal and external parasites. An adoption fee of $185 will help offset the cost of care.

If you cannot adopt but would like to help Chance, please consider fostering him. Contact us at mikeyschance@gmail.com for more information about this dog, and an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chance, a West Richland Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever for sale in West Richland, or seeking a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in West Richland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Richland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Richland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Richland paves the way for another one to be saved.
