Snickers (So Yummy)'s Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Snickers (So Yummy)'s Story...
I was found living outside with my six brothers and sisters eating rice and beans and onions...a very bad diet for puppies. I need to be adopted by a loving family who will give me good food and lots of love...could it be yours? I am a playful, loving puppy who would love a family with children and other pets or I could just be the only one. I am very smart and easily trained. Come see me at PetSmart on Sat or Sun between 11-5 at Shepherd and Alabama or call 281-753-0136 for an appointment. Woof, woof!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snickers (So Yummy), a Houston Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever for sale in Houston, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
