Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Baxter, a 7-month-old Bull Mastiff/Rottweiler mix. He was the smallest in the litter so probably won't be a huge dog. Baxter is very shy of people and chaotic or noisy situations right now but is being socialized and with every trip out he becomes more confident. Puppy school and lots of socializing will be excellent for him. He's a very sweet, gentle boy and will be devoted to whomever he bonds to. So far he knows how to sit, lie down, and "wait", learning to wait at the open door or gate before invited in or out. We're working on the stay command. Right now Baxter needs to gain some weight and he's doing his part by eating every little morsel of his food with gusto! He respects cats (sometimes with a reminder), and once he gains his confidence back he will probably be great with kids too. Baxter is a courtesy listing for his current foster mom. Applications will go directly to her.
