Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pete
SCDR #2492
Age: 14 years
Size: 12 pounds
Male
Pete is a very healthy and well-cared-for, neutered, AKC-registered 14-year old red Dachshund boy. Pete recently lost his position as Chief Lap-Sitter and Canine Snuggle-Giver when his Mom had to go into a Skilled Nursing Facility. Now Pete has come to Southern California Dachshund Relief to get help with his job search to find a new position, a new lap and a new family to give him all his love and affection to.
Pete has recently had a dental and a complete check-up at his Vet's with all the blood tests, and he got a clean bill of health. He's a really healthy boy.
Pete has his Bachelors of Wagology, and his MFA degree - Master of Furry Affection. He likes to take his naps, but also has the pep and desire to chase a ball. Pete comes from an excellent family, has very good doggy manners and gets along well with dogs and people he meets. Pete will do best in a quiet home. Pete is house-trained when given regular visits to the outdoors. He is also crate-trained.
If you would like to interview Pete for an Executive Canine position with your family, please contact Sue Flowers at msflowers96@sbcglobal.net or call her at 408-269-2626.
