My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ryleigh came to us from Ft. Worth, TX. He was on the "red"list and was marked Urgent, along with 9 other little dogs. After finding places for the 9 others, We couldn't walk away and leave Ryleigh. He came along too, and now he is looking for a home! Ryleigh had a light case of Heartworms when he was brought to us and so has been undergoing the slow kill treatment method to get rid of them. it hasn't slowed him down any though as he is full of energy, attitude, and spunk! He adores running and will run trhough the back yard and play until he is exhausted! He loves toys, other dogs to play with, and then snuggle time. He is a very handsome boy with lots of style and splash! Ryleigh is a handful though, and will need someone who will be willing to spend time with him, teaching him all the things he needs to learn to be a good fella. He will need to have lots of exercise as well, either with another doggie playmate, or by lots of walks, and interacting with toys. He is approximately 4 years old, and being a terrier min pin mix, he has the potential to be very long lived. His adopter must be prepared to have Ryleigh for his lifetime, which could be another 13-16 years! Ryleigh would love to have a family think he is just the greatest thing and adopt him!
