Payson's Story...
I am a lab mix.. I was born around Oct. 28, 2011. I love to play and have fun. I need someone who will have time to spend with me and help me grow into a beautiful playful retrvr. I was adopted and left in the back yard because they didn't have time for me. I wasn't allowed in the house because I jumped on them, I was just excited because they were paying attention to me. I am very very smart and I have learned some commands since I've came back. I am still a puppy. I am very eager to learn. I am potty trained.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Payson, a Golden Valley Labrador Retriever/Flat-Coated Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Flat-Coated Retriever for sale in Golden Valley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Flat-Coated Retriever puppy from a breeder in Golden Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Golden Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Golden Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Flat-Coated Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Flat-Coated Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Golden Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
