Emily's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Emily's Story...
I am the most beautiful and unique young girl you've ever seen! My previous owner just raved about me, but he said I was just too big (apparently they have a young child). I don't understand how someone can get a puppy and then just throw them away after a year just because they're bigger than they thought! Oh well, they don't deserve me-right?!? I am already spayed, have all my shots, and I'm on heartworm preventative. So basically, I'm good to go! I do however need some training because I am tremendously strong and do not yet know how to walk on a leash (I pull alot). I sat upon command for the lady in the picture, but I get distracted like many young dogs. I want to be loved and cared for- Please come see me in person, you will be amazed with me! Why Adoption is a Great Option

Emily, a Marion Great Dane/Belgian Tervuren dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane/Belgian Tervuren for sale in Marion, or seeking a Great Dane/Belgian Tervuren dog from a breeder in Marion.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marion already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marion breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane/Belgian Tervuren breeders who help with Great Dane/Belgian Tervuren rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marion paves the way for another one to be saved.
