My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Eve is a darling, outgoing, and very people-sociable torbie. She likes nothing better than to curl up into the lap of her foster companion while she is reading. She also likes to be picked up and has an endearing, childlike way of putting her paws on your shoulders or legs as if to ask Hold me! She been known to follow her foster mom around the house in hopes of being picked up and cuddled.
She is not shy with strangers either. Rather, she is Miss Hospitality. Recently, she walked into the living room and proceeded to go from chair to chair, from one lap to another (a total of four) in order to get petted. She finally curled up in the lap of her foster mom for a little nap. Your guests will also fall in love with her endearingly gentle nature and friendliness and acclaim her as the most sociable cat they have ever met. She certainly shoots down the misnomer that cats are aloof.
Eve also likes to be right in the middle of things: being up on the desk during bill paying and watching the computer screen. She is estimated to be about two years old, so she enjoys playing with her toys, especially chasing her long peacock feather. She is also quite content to sleep all day, play alone with her toys, or look out the window when left alone.
Eve is a short-haired torbie with a sweet, cherubic face and meow. She looks like a tabby with caramel-colored drops on her back, face, and paws as if she had gotten splashed in a candy factory. Her fur is so soft that she must be part angora, except that its unusually short. Good news for those with allergies! Eve is also very low maintenance. She has perfect litter-box habits and hardly tracks any litter around.
We really hope you will look past the bare spots on her back haunches near her tail. She was found as a stray, but the vet thinks that she must have sustained a traumatic injury in the past. Even though the hair may never grow back, she has completely healed and does not have any issues at all! Just think, there is less hair to groom, and you could even put washable tattoos on these bare spots for a little fun. After a couple of days, you will not even notice them because you will fall in love with her gentle disposition and sweet personality.
Eve is the most laid-back cat you will ever meet and needs very little time to get acclimated. She loves to be with people and is a joy to have around. She will be the most amazing pet for the person who doesnt mind her battle scars. If you adopt this special kitty, you will not be disappointed! If you adopt this special kitty, you wont be disappointed!

Eve is updated on shots, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, and FIV/FELV negative. Her adoption fee is $85.
