Rudolph "Rudy"'s Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Rudolph "Rudy"'s Story...
Rudolph is one of a litter of 5 puppies that were handed over to me in a store parking lot. I am helping the family get the mother dog spayed and I took the puppies to find them good homes. Rudolph is different from the rest, he is only 2 lbs and spunky as ever. He is the first to run to you and hop in your lap. The mother dog was a 40 lbs border collie/lab mix and the father is unknown. The veterinarian does not think that these pups will get any larger than 30-40 lbs. This one may not even get that big. There may be some small dog breed in there somewhere. He will be neutered, receive the first puppy vaccinations, and microchip prior to adoption. The adoption fee is $100 to cover the cost of services. He is located in Upstate SC, but will travel if needed

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rudolph "Rudy", a Baltimore Border Collie/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Border Collie/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
