Zoey's Story...
Zoey is a true lover! She loves everybody & every thing she has come to meet! She was set to die in a high kill shelter along with her 7 newborn puppies. After traveling from West Virginia to Indiana she found a safe loving environment and is showing what a sweetheart she is! She has no aggression towards other dogs. She even has no problem with cats laying next to her as she nurses her puppies! When a stray abandoned puppy came into the rescue, Zoey adopted him into her little family without a second thought! She is very smart, obedient & mellow. She doesn't jump on you or the furniture and is very mellow. Zoey will be a loving, loyal member of any family. Please consider this sweet girl as she needs to be part of a loving forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zoey, a Claypool American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Claypool, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Claypool.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Claypool already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Claypool breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Claypool paves the way for another one to be saved.
