Jazz's Story...
Hi! My name is Jazz. I am about 6 to 8 weeks old and will be ready to go to my FORever home in mid January. My mom is a golden mix, but no one knows who my dad was. I am a handsome boy that will have some "golden traits" and make a great pet. My Mom's name is Reba. She and my 4 siblings were surrendered to the shelter by their mentally challenged owner that had to evacuate his home because it was falling apart. He is having a new "Habitat" home built, but was told that he could not have BIG dogs in his new home.Challenged or not,, He took good care of his dogs. Mom is healthy, but was obviously not spayed. I am as cute as can be and will likely go fast! Get your applications in soon! Puppies in this "musical" litter include Jazz, BeBop,Lyric, Harmony, and Melody.
Our adoption fee includes all vetting, microchip, health certificate and USDA certified transport to your area. We are a non profit organization and adoptions are considered charitable contributions on your income taxes. If you are interested in this little guy, please request an application at forrescuetn@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jazz, a Norwich Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Norwich, or seeking a Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Norwich.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwich already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwich breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwich paves the way for another one to be saved.
