My story

Here’s Hobbs, a very confident and affectionate young boy, looking for a home of his own. He would do best in a home without very young children as he can be a bit protective of his food and toys. He likes to be around other dogs but should be fed separately if adopted into a multi-dog household. He really, really loves our cats and they adore him just as much. Hobbs is certainly a lot of fun and he enjoys exploring the neighborhood. He walks at a nice brisk pace, so if you are looking for an adorable dog and one that will motivate you to get more exercise, Hobbes could be just the one to fit the bill. He definitely enjoys a good belly rub and will jump into your lap upon command. Hobbs is perfectly content to sit with you on the couch watching TV or curled up with a good book. He is crate trained and housebroken. Hobbs is about 3 years old and weighs 16 lbs. He has been neutered and is microchipped. He is up to date on all of his shots and has tested negative for heartworms. He is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks.
