My Story

Jack Black is a "must meet" cat! He is a very sweet, affectionate and playful cat. Although he is an adult cat, he has the heart and energy of a kitten. Jack Black came to us as a kitten in August of 2008 after someone dumped him at a local pet store. He has grown up at our facility and has turned into an amazing young man. He loves to greet visitors and will follow you around the Cat Cottage as if he is giving you the grand tour! We have to admit Jack Black is a bit spoiled to drinking fresh running water and going for carriage rides on nice days. His birthday is estimated August 2008 but we assure you this boy doesn't know he is a day over 2 years old! Jack Black has a waived adoption fee because he is over 3 yrs old.
All of ours cats have been Feline leukemia and feline aids tested negative, spayed or neutered, vaccinated with FVRCP and FELV, rabies vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped.
The first step to adopting any feline is to fill out an application at http://acadianaanimalaid.org/adopt/cat-adoption/application/
