Approx. 2yrs old...approx. 65lbs.. Very sweet dog, not hyper, great with dogs she met..loves to play...awsome on leash, loves walks, affectionate, friendly.. She was found wandering in someones backyard. LEGAL DAY OF ADOPTION IS 1-5-12

Anyone interested in adopting or fostering a dog from City of Hartford Animal Shelter must first fill out an application. We are in the process of working to set up a link for an on line application, in the meantime please email us at ctshelterdogs@gmail.com and we will send you the application. Sherry the ACO, will be reviewing all of these applications prior to setting up appointments to meet the dogs. We are moving forward to establish a more thorough screening process to ensure these dogs end up in responsible homes.
