Rose's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Rose's Story...
Rose is an 8 year old lab mix who is just as sweet as can be. She would do best in a home where someone was home even though she doesn't require alot of attention, she likes to have someone around. She loves children and is very calm and patient! Rose is spayed, up to date with shots, and HW negative. She walks great on a leash and would be great with a retired couple who have grandchildren come to visit! She really wants to be an only dog, but doesn't mind cats! She is the sweetest girl! Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rose, a Homer Labrador Retriever/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Husky for sale in Homer, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Husky dog from a breeder in Homer.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Homer already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Homer breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Husky breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Homer paves the way for another one to be saved.
