My story

Stephen is a handsome 7-8 month old Golden Retriever mix puppy. His foster family is already quite impressed with Mr. Stephen:

Stephen is a well behaved and people loving puppy! He wants to be where his people are - he doesn't wander around the house sniffing or exploring, he just wants to be with you -- his people.

On his first foster night, Stephen went into his crate, all cozy with blankets and a little biscuit, and quietly went to sleep. He slept through the night with no accidents and no crying but was eager to get up and start the day once he heard movement in the house. Stephen is very fond of food, but is not aggressive.

Stephen is eager to play with our other dog, who isn't quite cooperating with that plan yet. Stephen likes toys and a good game of fetch, but doesn't always bring the ball back. He is curious about our cats, but isn't chasing them or showing aggressive/prey drive signs. Early signs that he understands that potty is outside, and we are just about accident free. Clearly an exceptional and good dog who will be a fun family friend for many years to come!
