Shorty's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Shorty's Story...
Shorty is a happy, friendly, playful dog. She is about 3 years old. She is really well behaved, never messes in her kennel and doesn't tear up her stuff. She does like a chew toy to keep her amused, numerous ones actually. She is good with kids, she was given to us by a family with kids. She's strong but a good walker on leash. She's been good with most of the other dogs she likes boy dogs especially. She is spayed though and current on shots and micro chipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shorty, a Tillamook American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Tillamook, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Tillamook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tillamook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tillamook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tillamook paves the way for another one to be saved.
