Cooper's Story...
After Christmas, we will have one of my favorite EVER rescue Pit Bulls available for adoption. He came to us after being dumped and we estimate he had nothing to eat for over a week...maybe 2. He was extremely emaciated, scared, but showed how forgiving he was of the human race by kissing the volunteers, jumping into the car, and wagging his tail...these were not easy tasks either, as he was so we weak. He is being neutered Wednesday and is going to one of our BEST foster homes in Torrington. If you want a life-long friend/companion please contact us asap. But be aware, I will be picky even more than usual! with this boy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cooper, a Alliance American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Alliance, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Alliance.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alliance already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alliance breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alliance paves the way for another one to be saved.
