This is Felicia. She is a senior girl, mostly blind and deaf. She was dumped out in the country. She appears to be a mixed breed girl, medium-sized. She is doing great in her foster home. She eats and sleeps, goes out to potty, and loves to snuggle. She needs a home where she can live out her senior years in someones arms! She is truly an amazing girl!
