GORGEOUS, HANDSOME, FABULOUS, FRIENDLY AND GORGEOUS! All words to describe this great boy. He is about 1 and is on the smaller side, weighing about 50lbs. He is just stunning in looks and has the personality to match. He gets along with everyone and can go into a variety of different households. He would be great for an active family or with a single person as a companion dog. He loves to play, get treats and most of all, he loves good boy pats on the head. He is a special boy and looking for his special family. He has been socialized with men, women and older children and is good with other dogs. He seems to be good with cats, but if a cat runs, game on, he will chase. He is crate trained and working on house manners. He is a high to medium energy boy, but knows how to calm down. He would benefit from obedience classes and will do well as he is treat motivated and smart. He loves to chew on compressed rawhide bones and would go for a peanut butter kong ball too. He would be great as a running partner and would love to hike in the woods. He does okay on lead, but again, would benefit from some additional skills. Blackie is neutered, heartworm negative and up to date on all vaccinations. He is microchipped and kept on frontline and heartgard.
