Prissy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Prissy's Story...
Prissy is an 11-pound bundle of black curly hair. We believe she is a pure bred Poodle. She was surrendered by her family because they could no longer care for her. They wanted to have her euthanized but luckily the Vet intervened and asked that we find her a new home.

Prissy is very sweet, very much of a people dog and gets along with other dogs. She ignores cats and loves to cuddle. She is well behaved in the house, does not bark much and is very calm indoors. She is definitely not a couch potato because outside she is very active - runs and plays with the other dogs much younger then her. Having another dog for her to interact with would be a major plus.

She needed some serious dental work when we took her in but she manages very well and eats dry kibble without a problem. She was spayed, is current on all her shots, and will be microchipped prior to adoption.

Prissy will be your best friend and companion - she will share your lap, give smooches and stay close to you when in the house.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prissy, a Schertz Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Schertz, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Schertz.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Schertz already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Schertz breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Schertz paves the way for another one to be saved.
