Soldier - Courtesy Post's Story...
Solider is a very handsome 5 year old American bulldog. He is a big boy weighing 116 lb. He is very laid back but loves to go for walks or run with you while you roller blade. He is a very good dog but does have some issues. He has lived his whole life in a home with cats, another dog (up until last April), and kids. He has had no problems here. However he has displayed a prey drive towards strange small dogs. (He was placed into a home w/a small dog and baby. He didn't do will with the small dog and potential adopter was worried about the baby.)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Soldier - Courtesy Post, a Cincinnati American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog breeders who help with American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
