My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harley is a sweet, fun-loving boy who will make an excellent family pet. He will win your heart easily with his friendly, playful personality. Harley is just having a good time wherever he goes and as long as he is loved he's happy with everyone. He is a mid sized Lab mix weighing approximately 35 lbs and would do well in any family situation. He is approximately 10 months old and will need further training but he is intelligent, learns quickly and eager to please.

Here is what his foster family had to say:

Harley is a very gentle and loving pup. He really loves to play and enjoys his toys. He is always up for a game of fetch in the yard. He was a little shy at first but always friendly with everyone. He gets along well with other dogs and is warm and friendly with children. He really loves attention although he is a bit of a clown. I think because he is still a puppy he tends to be a bit clumsy at times. Whatever you tell him he shows an eagerness to learn and is adapting well to living in a home. He is affectionate and loves to snuggle on the couch. He does really well in his crate at night and is not a barker.

Having had no experience in a home Harley is making leaps and bounds each day. Like any puppy he is learning his house manners and is coming along very nicely. He listens well and is very responsive. He has already learned "sit", "drop it", "down" and we are currently working on "stay". He has learned to walk on a leash and is doing wonderfully with only some fine tuning needed. He is clean in the home and other than a first day accident we have had no issues. We do crate Harley at night and when we are out of the home. He has no issues going in his crate but will sometimes bark for a bit when we first leave the house but soon settles. Other than that he is quiet in the home, only barking when there is a good reason. He will make an awesome family pet!
