My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Augie is a 4 month old (as of 1/1/12) Labrador/Airedale mix with a short golden coat. He is currently 35 lbs with large feet, so is likely to be a large dog. Augie was a little shy and nervous initially, but his fosters earned his trust after a few days and that trust continues to grow. Now he is a sweet boy who enjoys relaxing with his people and hopes to find himself a home with couch privileges. Augie is great with other dogs but does best with medium to large size dogs because of his size. He is still working on his leash training but housetraining is going well as long as his foster parents accompany him outside and give the command. Augie is doing well with crate training as well, spending his nights there, as well as those times when his people leave the house. Like most puppies, Augie likes to do a little chewing, but is easily redirected. He has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on his shots and eager to find his permanent home.
